It’s a strange one as there is a like a mini brigade of them in our force and they also integrate into the regular army, but they aren’t specialist as your hinting at , or any sort of force multiplier . They are just the same as everyone else but hold themselves to a higher account as a point of honour and tradition . for an example , I have attended many courses ran by Nepalese staff , but also one of my best mates at work is a Gurkha lad . hes probably the most mentally resilient lad I’ve ever met.
