what’s that pond Bear?On Lambtons?

Just done 3 miles without a hat,thankfully snow started to come down heavy when I got back home,got it over the weekend and a lot of next week,I can’t see it melting now.Going to feed the birds on a trail later,I was there yesterday even a cardinal was following me but I had no food for them.

It's off newfoundland, the most westerly island ,dom joly was  talking about it on radio this morning, some flat earthers think there's a waterfall there where the world ends ,sounded interesting, and as thl's overseas correspondent,thought I'd see if you'd been

I hate the idea of a flat earth,some might subscribe to the theory but it makes me shiver,I shall give it a miss today mate and go feed the birds instead,but thanks for the heads up on that waterfall lol.

Dom joly plugging a new show ,visiting places around the wourld connected with conspiracy theories, sounds interesting, the ones on fogo island ,hired a local fisherman to take them out on a boat to see it ,when they didn't, he said the skipper had been got to  ,and had just taken them round in circles ,lol

Dom said you can't argue with conspiracy theorists, cos that's what your up against

Was about minus 5 when i got up for a whizz at 4am got up at 7am and theres 6 inches of snow , Been out babysitting all day and the only drive on the street thats no been cleaned is a couple with 3 sons in there twentys lazy barstools . Headed down to the grit bin and i figured it would be empty there two /three inches of water in the top of it so its no  been used So just gritted the pavement and i will clean it tommorrow

been feeding the birds in the snow,didn’t see one turkey then going home saw 6 feeding right on the roadside half a mile from home.

Lambtons land was hotter than the hobs of hell, probably still is !

I remember me and LDR having a look south of the Tyne one day; it came on top within minutes and a farmer blocking our motor in, but mobile phones were in their infancy then, and the farmer decided discretion was the better part of valour and moved.

Far less hassle north of the Tyne.......

Yup,used to be dicey for us as kids,but I heard some of the estate now has posh houses built upon it?We were at school and my mates dad was doing up a garden,wanted to put a pond in,I heard some kids went into the garden centre on the estate one night,nicked a load of pond lining,ornaments,and to add insult to injury one of the miscreants netted all of the koi out of the garden centres pond,made the local paper.
