They are all from South Liverpool ,John and Paul were Woolton ,Allerton ,areas although Paul lived in speke at one point ,George was from Speke and Ringo was from the South end (toxteth) ,,John and Paul had a suburban ,semi posh type of accent Ringo being more inner city had a harder accent than the others

Yeah, I've read a few spots were they supposedly grew up, when I looked on Wiki and I checked the maps, John lived closest to George and Ringo was just over a mile off the Mersey, still, not all far from each other. A great story for the lads, it's fascinating to wonder wether any of them would have made it big if they never met each other, I think so. As for Lennon & McCartney, both equally as talented, for me Paul made the better melodies, the catchy tunes that the public sway towards, but I think Lennon was more gritty, a better lyricist and when he wrote something more melancholic, definitely more emotional.

The first thing I suss about a person is their accent. I have learned the following: brummie accents generally belong to retarded people. A fallout with a Glaswegian accent often  heralds a violent at

It saddens me that my lad doesn't have a Lancashire accent. They are all talking with a gay American twang because they watch so much YouTube and tiktok. Only 20 years ago you could tell which village

Some Of the words my old grandparents used I never understood as a kid, like “where’s me f***ing twirls” or “ I need a f***ing glim”  “can’t find me smother”    twirls would be keys gli

There are alot of strong accents like scotch and Irish and people from Newcastle as long you able to understand their tone of accents and communicate with them that's all you need too but it shouldn't be a issue

A question that's always puzzled me for years, all of the Beatles were from the heart of Liverpool, all within 20 or so mins from each other, and none had a scouse accent, why is that, is it relatively a modern twang?

There's a clip of the Actor Jason Isaacs being interviewed on an American chat show where he does different accents. For scouse he does the Beatles as they sounded at the start of there careers and after they wanted to sound more American and it pretty much explains your point about there accents. It's also possible they toned them down for interviewers to make them easier to understand. I'm from Durham pretty much in the middle of Sunderland and Newcastle and if I talk normally to someone from out of the area they can't understand me, we talk quite fast, I have to slow down to be understood.
