A few years a go i had a thing for restoring and fixing up Motorbike's, Never made any real money at it but rather just ticked over. A few of mine.

An RL250 Unit, Made as a unit, I think a few hundred were made in the early 1980`s. I wonder how many survived to today.  Best fun you can have with your clothes on they are.

The frame and tank wouldn't be of concern to me BUT, If your going to strip if for a refurbishment then Be prepared to replace every screw and and bolt as virtually all will be knackered after trying to undo them ?

Love the dt125, I had one of them for the field when I was 16, that set me off on my love of the crosser, never restored any but spent the best part of my 20’s rebuilding them and just keeping them going, this is my favourite, it was road registered when I got it but I thought it might kill me if I kept using it on the road, I loved a 2 banger ?

I had one of them, I think it was 2000 one of the first after the wr400, I also had a Honda cr500, I’m trying to find a picture of it, now that would scare the sh*t out of me, whoever thought a 500 2stroke was a good idea clearly had something wrong with them ?
