Rats getting into a cavity and loft. 3 visits from council pest controllers, no answers. I suggested a sewer survey as I couldn't get to the job for a while. 2 surveys done by different companies. No

I finally got there. 2 minutes in the back garden and I noticed a void under a flag stone, lifted it and found a hole. Hole was polished smooth but no soil outside suggesting rats coming out not going in. 10 mins digging traced the hole to a dodgy gulley pot. The rats had found a hole in the wall leading into the cavity, this was buried under flag stones so couldn't be seen.

15 mins and job solved.

I honestly don't know where my genius comes from. Reckon I have ferret genes in my ancestry

Stevie wonder would of found that fella...just shows how shite the council pestys really are...I always get calls where they've had the council send there men out .. usual poison down and maybe a rodent box to make it look good..they couldn't find a bright light on a dark night FS.

Been after this one for weeks. In a cafe and the staff carried a pile of bread inside and a rat was sat in a loaf, in then ran into the freezer motor. It wouldn't touch bait on traps and avoided the terriers when I pulled the pipe boxing off. Yet every night it climbed into impossible places to et at food.

Finally caught up with him today. Actually felt sorry for it as it had done so well to survive and didn't want to be there.

Pulled the boxing down slowly and shot it in the nest
