Multivitamins

Recommended Posts

Let's just straighten something out. The water that is 'dumped' into the sea has gone through decontamination to the point where there's so few radioactive particles left in it they can't get them out. It's radioactivity is tiny. They then mix it in a sea of water to dilute to a tiny percentage of tiny.

Claims that the seabed would be classed as low level radioactive waste would be found laughable by anyone who's worked in radiation safety. We've got a bucket of sand from some desert somewhere, naturally occurring sand that just so happens to have a touch of radioactivity to it making it useful to us. Kids could build sandcastles with the stuff in the desert no concerns but as soon as it enters industry H&S go into overdrive and all of a sudden it's classed a radioactive waste.

f****n funny these threads.....plutonium,microwaves,heart attacks..........geezer only asked about a multivit tab ?

Now now be fair, socks works 36hr days 465 days a year on nothing but the tears of his inferiors. It’s understandable if he needs a multivitamin once in his life to get him through the next century wh

I know it's often easier said than done and sometimes we must take advantage if working in a famine or feast type industry but cutting down on hours worked will do a man far more good than any amount

It's a meaningless number unless you understand what that equates to in elevated dose. Which is a metric ton of f**k all.

its the most radioative sea so its doing something isnt it

Tests by the UK Food Standards Agency have confirmed the presence of radioactive waste from the Sellafield nuclear plant in salmon farmed in Northern Ireland. They involved 14 fish farms in waters off Scotland and one in Northern Ireland. ...

A scientific paper in the prestigious journal Science published in 2004 - "Global Assessment of Organic Contaminants in Farmed Salmon" - reported that Scottish farmed salmon was the most contaminated in terms of cancer-causing chemicals such as PCBs, dioxins, DDT and dieldrin.

Well one had to be! Again, it’s meaningless on its own.

If you want to worry about something try Microwave Ovens. I work in maintenance in a factory called Nortel. One day I was asked to escort a Lady who was going to test all the Microwave ovens in all tea stations and canteen. Well I going around with her as she uses a Geiger counter to test if Xray's are escaping. So I said to her in conversation I bet you never find any that are at fault and leak. She answered diplomatically put it this way I don't have one in my house. Food for thought that.

That is interesting. It's the same for alot of things are supposedly infallible and safe.

Ask most doctors administering medication and drugs wether they would take them themselves, most would say no way. That goes for vaccines to blood transfusions. Just in my experience.

A local chippy had a microwave and because it was a small shop he took the glass out. Staff would put stuff through the front and switch it on....over time it cooked all the staff. No joke, they all developed serious stomach issues and organ collapse ?

Try watering a plant with microwaved water and see how long it lasts. Nah fck that

Think that's what partly the concern with 5G power masts was. The high concentration of waves within closer proximity has a greater effect on human cells like a microwaves effect on your cells, ie cancer, lower immune system and susceptibility to viruses etc. Makes sense to me.

From tap water to telephone signals, none of it is any good for you but we tend to make a big deal about some and not give a shit about others.......ultimately, you have to choose your battles otherwise you just couldn’t exist.

Yep, and it wasn't that long ago that people in this country were being burnt at the stake, for a number of reasons.

I've just started collecting some kindling, weird couple that live bout 50 yards from me have recently got a black cat.  ?
