It's very strange that's for sure. Some scientists claim it's an interstellar comet but many of it's behaviours and properties are not comet like.

That's the key, time is big, space is big and intelligent life X2 being together in both is very unlikely, never twain shall meet, most likely.

 

In general as to infinity and whether it exists,, interesting subject and as often the answer depends on how you measure it.

Within the context of a number it doesn't.

Within the context of topological space it does.

Within the context of measuring size of sets it does.

Probably the answer is 42.
