Some other new ideas were going to try is 

Tai sweet chilli cheese sausage rolls and pies 

Caramelised onion and Brie sausage rolls and pies

Another for you to have a go at Leo. Haggis neeps and tatters (white turnip). I’ve 3 batches now and they sailed out the window. For mine I full body pastry but when you layer them I think it would be as good with nicely browned potato.

also did a cracking meatloaf last week and have just taken a minted lamb out of the oven. Lamb, mint sauce,onion,gated carrot and courgette, sweet chilli, garlic and sliced mushroom. Salt, white pepper and 2 eggs to complete the mix. Jok.

Leo my pie man is doing pulled pork ,pumpkin, dr pepper pies at moment, not tried them ,his regular beef onion ect are good ,does goat curry pies ,seems to do good business ,no shop ,puts a list up in the week ,then delivers to all local pubs ,does some nice cuts of meat aswell ,doing a whole pork fillet stuffed with chestnut and apricot stuffing, wrapped in bacon ,it's pretty good !
