Can't beat proper done jacket spuds. The air fryers do them well mate.

Got one ,it's got a rotisserie, the chicken thigh  shwarma kebabs are bang on ,I heat the oven up ,stab the spuds all over ,squewer, and leave ,good hour ,or so ,the crunchy skin is the biz
