Up in the mountains of Portugal  I spend half me time cooking only venture out. For grilled chicken because I can’t replicate it lol but I crack on with the local fish market

Got a 3kg croaker fish from the market never tasted it before it was well tasty grilled it and a few prawns and few boar sausages
