Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

loved outside cooking...i used a well fired flowerpot...i had several dotted around the countryside...........be careful using galvanised buckets etc ...when used they will give off cyanide gas.....that stuff is a welders nightmare....alright when it is well burnt off........

What about flipping it to brown the top ? Or does that not work ? …. Blow torch is more fun I must admit 😎… or you could flambé it maybe 🤔
