Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Looks nice that mack...and all that beef aging ...beef is the best proper super food...I had steak last night..Big Angus beef sirloin and wagu burgers on the side

What's your country of preference for olive's mate. I have got a taste for them though only those purchased from the supermarket and tbh prefer those that have the stones removed.

Not really cooking but had a surplus of tomatoes so rather than waste them in this scorching weather thought I would sun dry them, all cut in half’s salted and sat on the gunnels for a few days

There still there mate will take two days to dry I’ve done them before on a really low heat in the oven but thought I’d take advantage of the weather

Did you got on that diet for health reasons mate …. Iam getting proper bothered with my guts just now an eating a load a shizen

I like Moroccan and Sicilian olives tats.
