Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

cheese and onion ....really underated.....especially when you are using fresh pulled sweet onions,,,,,,whick i will eat raw with cheese and salt and pepper...

I alway think if you grate the cheese it tastes different and better. Don't see how that works but imo it does.

Agree mate especially with pickle ect ,with just sliced onion ,cheddar sliced not gratted

You are right Arry my lad, the wife buttered them and it wasnt enough, she does struggle with the butter so I should of helped but we live and learn.

I think generally because it reaches room temp quick and cheese is always better when it's not straight out the fridge 👍🏻

Cheese is better kept in a dish or brought out of the fridge in plenty of time to gain room temp or at least not cold,

Tea tonight, mozzarella burger with garlic and thyme wedges, pepper and red onion salad with a lemon vinaigrette dressing ( yes, I did make the dressing, yes I am a tw*t )
