I did one years ago, was like a rubber chicken, tough as pit boots , i reckon its a slow cooker job to make it edible.

My mate flash fried some we'd shot tough as old boots as said, seen a guy on meateater deep frying with a batter... Also his kid told the teacher about drey shooting and cooking them for dinner she pulled him aside on parents evening and said his son was making up stories , he was like nope that's what we do shoot stuff and eat it lol ..

I reckon if you confit it on low for a few hours before doing the KFC  treatment on it then it would be good ..only worth it if your doing a few though
