Honesty is the best policy pal. This is the most out of shape I've been tbh. It's strange cos I can walk for miles and miles but shocking my body in to running hit me bad. If you saw me you wouldn't even know I've put that much weight on, just got a little podge. 

What's surprising is how much fitter my younger brother is. He's a decent unit around 16 and half stone but tbh he was playing 5-a-side once a week up to the lockdown plus he's never abused his body through the years with Class A's. ?

starting at the back with the small tyres 

10 side crunches each side holding tyre 

16 shoulder press with the tyre 

Amrap dips 

amrap pull ups 

10 squats with the bar 

20 shrugs with the water cans 

10 box jumps 

20 push ups on Matt 

10 tyre flips 

5 times round 

as a finisher

scaled ladder 10 - 1 burpees 

10 airsquats 

10 push ups 

150 hammers to tyre to finish 

haven’t done anything in earnest in 2 / 3 weeks intensity wise 

blowing

What is it,as in whats its original use.....and what sort of weight is it if you dont mind me asking.

The bar or the frame pal ? 

The bar weighs if I remember rightly about 70kg 

Ill have a look tomorrow in the daytime at the stamp on it . 

Its a straight recovery bar for towing vehicles with as it has an eye either side . 

I use it for shoulder raises and high rep squats but I’ll take some pics of it tomorrow for you

The bar thats laying on the ground,i think its the same one that caught my eye the other week....what is the texture of it is it a gnarled type of grip or smooth....and if you could measure the diameter that would be great....might have to get meself one of them.
