It does my head in. All I hear is folk moaning about how hard it is having an imposed holiday, (finances aside) I can’t say it looks to hard to me ....... Flat out at Work now, less staff and can’t get some stuff we need. Last thing I really need is every townie with a dog wandering around the farm..... It IS a place of work. It's not a holiday fella, at least not if your life consists of more than Netflix/playstation/pornhub. Any farmer that wants me to keep out the countryside can get f****d. I'm as frustrated as anyone with all the townies wandering footpaths for the first time in their lives but the country ain't just for farmers. I agree the way farmers moan all the time about people walking around the countryside. You could swear they own it..

How about YOU get f****d or possibly just change your attitude a wee bit. You want food? You want an actively managed countryside...... thems the breaks. With rights, come responsibilities. The foot path system wasn’t meant for a jolly, it was intended to get people to work across private land. Now we have every c**t thinking it’s free access and right to roam. Want to know something - we have dog attacks and stock killed EVERY bank holiday weekend, EVERY New Year’s Day, EVERY Boxing Day ..... starting to see the pattern? Free access for the general public across private land which is an active place of work, is a nightmare most of the time, let alone during a major pandemic ..... which happens to coincide with lambing for most people. No issue if you all want to go wander around a beach, national park, forestry etc ..... but we are talking privately owned farmland. So I’m sorry that it’s so hard for you right now, but maybe have some consideration for others, especially the ones you expect to f***ing feed you.

Sell your food to foreign customers and we'll buy from foreign producers. Who thinks they're the hero? I don't care why footpaths were invented, today we all have a right to use them to enjoy our country. The fact they're abused is not my fault and I shouldn't suffer because it makes your life hard. Dealing with it has been part and parcel of rural industry for decades.

You're the one that doesn't want me having access to the countryside. I didn't take you up on wanting me to not be allowed to run my dogs through your sheep.

You really do come across like a cock sometimes, probably because you think that you’re smarter than everyone else on here.

Feck me am I allowed to eat my sandwich while leaning on your 5 bar gate. Or is that frowned upon aswell. 1

You want to stop people from being allowed to exercise within their legal rights in the countryside because it makes your life hard. I'm one of those people.... 4 minutes ago, SheepChaser said: You really do come across like a cock sometimes, probably because you think that you’re smarter than everyone else on here.
