I have a modest little cottage, 4 bed needed a bit done and still does and 14 acres and that cost me €68,000 and I was getting €1.20+ To the pound at the time. Theres a new motion been put in place to stop building of private houses in connamara. They just want to keep it as a national park. And that what's going to happen.
