I don't even want to comment but threads like this and the reply,s from many, show that total government control is only one generation away and that generation are walking blindly into it, these thin

Cash won't end but it's a digital era we live in. In the past we would always withdraw wages to pay bills and pocket money. These days we don't go near a bank on pay day. Just use our cards or phones

Always pay for stuff with cash..... Wages go in the joint account, Mrs takes care of the bills etc, any hobbles I do are for cash, fucks me off when your behind some cnut in a shop and they go through

And the biggest scam going at the moment is people finding out you personal details then asking your phone provider for a replacement SIM card, when they have it they also have access to your bank account, so beware ?

Sorry but that's certainly not the case with all providers, if any

Mine is too, but a lot of these transactions don't show up for a day or two. Of course it's doable, but IMO not as convenient as looking at how much cash you have in your hand.

And certainly doesn't feel as good as having a wad of cash on you. (Obviously talking about the days before I was married.)

It's just preference isn't it, I'd rather a small piece of plastic with potential of no limit over a pocket full worth very little

You can sell the gold sovereign in the pawn or private and buy what you want in any country in the world but not with any moneys

I know mate, I was taking the piss.

The UK isn't really set up for those transactions but in a few months in Texas, you'd be able to take that into a depository and have that flexibility combined with the security of a bank. You'll also get full market value for your gold rather than the whim of a pawnbroker or private seller with the convenience of banking. At the minute you're either hiding it on your property or in a safety deposit box.

Gold and precious metals and gems have been an international currency of the world for thousands of years and never really collapse, but any currency from every empire has collapsed, so even gold from the pharoahs times in Egypt can be traded today anywhere in the world for good money but can the ancient currency in notes? And if you believe the sumerians it's a universal currency and buys you tech from the annunaki lol

That's good your safe then?

I work for a network provider and to order a sim you would need the full name, password or/and additional security. The sim would then be sent to the registered address on the account. The sim would arrive with no info barring the number associated.

Ref bank accounts it's only sort code and account number saved, you can only pay money in with this info  or set up a DD but the csr can only see the last 2 digits of the sort code and and 3 of the account so that they can confirm if it's the correct account. Also they would ask what account do you want it taken from ... Yes that's the one we have here

My bank account is on my phone so can see it 24/7, know what's in there and no what I have. If I really need to regulate myself I could just move it to another account and only have a bit on the card on me

I do most banking online. It's safe and effective. Anyone who gets rolled has been careless.
