Just bought some buffalo burgers in Iceland. I have them on the pan now.70% buffalo meat but it depends what they mean by buffalo. I've never had it before unless you include fat ladies

I have had bison burgers in Toronto which were great,and water-buffalo in asia which was tough as old boots and must have died of old age it was like chewing rubber.

I'm sure if you get the genuine buffalo steak then it's a different experience but burgers can hide a lot.

Did a silo base and some pits for a bloke who’s got a buffalo farm just outside holsworthy... he use to give me steaks and I’d get the bloke in the digs to cook um

Funny enough.i used to kill those dairy cattle.he was a customer at the slaughterhouse i worked in until 3 weeks ago.
