Last year I did 6 weeks in the carribean and swam most evenings in the sea, we did a mile circuit one night , just me and another guy , 200m or so from the Beach .black dark , moon out .

a very surreal moment now I look back and think about it considering the area we were at was basically hammerhead central

Another strange thing is the blase attitude most s a Lads have towards sharks .

I have two mates from there , both will swim etc in the sea without a second thought , one doesn’t like baboons and the other won’t go in a river in Kenya in any circumstances , strange eh?

That's the stuff of nightmares to me. it's how most sea-based horror films start.

Just been to Shagascruff as well, i know a Blue Shark was caught there to other year after it had swam between bathers. A Great White is a different ball game though, wouldn't fancy one of those biting my leg clean off...... ?

Blues get caught in UK waters every year along with porbeagle and threshers

Could be a babt Great White, I'm normally decent with sharks but it's died with it's jaws extended so it's throwing me off. ?
