Nowhere in the states can you purchase a fully automatic rifle. You can apply for a licence which is costly and a long process. I didn't know about the proposed firearm restrictions though. Got to make you laugh, they're restricting 50BMG further, I'm sure as a 'cautionary measure', which in reality will have utterly no impact on public safety. What do they mean by 'certain rapid firing weapons'? The 22 rimfire exemption, straight pull, lever release?
