i went to the fishmonger and got a bag of dover sole heads and carrcasses and trout heads and carcasses for the ferrets but in the bag there where some trout fillets too good for the ferrets i put one each with chicken wings in the dogs bowls but they wouldn't eat them till they where cut into inch squares ??.

 

Just fussy or what ??.

Mine don't seem to have a problem with fish their quite happy to eat whole mackerel and herring but pheasant they just don't eat unless cooked so don't know if mine are weird fussy or gay

some dogs only eat tripe in small pieces at first but they soon can't get enough.

Yeà mine gets either a tin of sardines, tuna or salmon every morning. Started giving h7m fish since a pup. Fish is good for them, as it is for us.

Sticking it in the microwave for 30 seconds should do the trick used to do it with whole rainbow trout.

Both my dogs have sardines now and again, but last week I brought home some mackerel. We had some for dinner and I gutted the dogs one each. The ridgeback turned her nose up at it, but the lurcher wolfed it down.
