TC f***ing sick I don't understand, why is that remark sick? a c**t puts it up as his profile pic rape is entertainment that whats f***ing sick Yes on it's own, it would be sick for the sake of entertainment, but this is part of a dramatised piece of fiction. Rape has been portrayed in hundreds of films & TV series, like the Accused with Jodie Foster for example, is that sick? The film might be rubbish, but I wouldn't describe it as sick... Only 1 film that ever shook me up , was the Devils with Oliver Reed , bloody hell the torture scenes , where break his legs, and put needles through tongue , i nearly walked out the cinema , even now today i still think the film is shocking Ken Russell at his best or in this worst Much preferred the book over the film, I think the film loses the point but then Kubrick did the same thing with the Shining... Also I heard the film is based on the American version of the novel that omitted the last chapter. A pretty bad move because it's essential to the story. Compared to something like A Serbian Film, or Human Centipede, I think it's pretty tame. I can't even finish reading the synopsis for ASF, as it makes me feel sick. It's either art or a crime depending on your perspective but that's what gets people talking. The book is 55 years old. The film is 46 years old. We're still discussing it in 2017. Mission accomplished Mr Burgess. Council estate juveniles committing violent crime, houses being invaded with the occupants at home and ransacked, abuse of women........sounds more like a documentary of Britain 2017 Like Orwell's 1984 it was a prediction of what was to come...
