If she had genuine concerns why didn't she contact the proper deptments , instead of going about it like this !! Edited November 25, 2016 by scottish lurcher

It's because she's got no class mate Instead of speaking to him and trying to understand and fit in, she's just gone off on one. If she's behaving like this now, she might get worse. I'd report each incident so that the police have a record of what's happened. It might come in handy one day

Anyway surprise surprise the SSPCA turned up to check his dogs no probs there . But think bert will have more trouble we her in future , she should relise country folk and actives are diffrent than London while there is lots of things I don't agree with prob cos a grumpy old man in my 70s . I don't behave like this woman and would be the first to admit if I have been in the wrong , but as new teacher in a village school she has lot to live up to and this is defo not how to behave !!!

A teacher eh? It might be worth reminding her that harassing and assaulting a pensioner won't look very good on a CRB (or whatever it's called now) check. Perhaps her employers would like to know that she has a tendency to be aggressive toward the more vulnerable members of society? Either way mate, I'd advise Bert to at least keep a note of the dates and time of all incidents, including the SSPCA visit. Good luck.
tilimangro 1,013
The worlds gone fecking barmy Retards like this are running round calling the shots I'd be inclined to play all sorts of tricks on her till she Fecked off But really he should log everything and inform the police every time
VOON 1,317
Go into his solicitor and ask for advice, tell the solicitor he has been threatened, harassed and having his rights violated....bring solicitor to the police station to report her to make it's recorded correctly and acted upon....not a person who goes to the police, but you need to play people like that at there own game.....
walshie 2,804
I'd play her at her own game too. Why exactly was she on his property? She SAYS it was to take pictures of the kennels, but that might be a cover story for her to burgle the place, or take pics of his grandkids or his wife through the bathroom window. Who knows? A stranger trespassing with a camera sounds like bad news. I think that trumps the race card.

Welsh_red 4,843
Get a camera put up in a discreet place . I'm sure it will bring up a multitude of interesting things . Maybe even leave something lying around to lure her in . If he's got a small terrier type dog. Buy one of those teddys that look like the dog , take 50 % of the stuffing out and get it a little muddy and leave it in the grass in view of the camera on your property . If she's snooping around shell see it and assume as a hunter it's your dog left dead on your lawn because all hunters are cruel disgusting people who don't care for their animals . Once she's on your property and your camera picks it up make a copy of the footage and take it to the police and also get a still picture of it and show it to her . Don't let her keep it just show it to her . If the wanted result is to f**k off and leave you alone her thinking you have footage of her tresspassing might change her mind and the cops have it on record as well . DIDO.1 22,852
When the police receive a complaint they automatically decide one is the victim and one is the perpetrator....once they have thus in mind it's difficult to change....he needs to go to the police NOW. Don't shout, don't rant. Stat calm and be the sensible, rational one. Sit down with the police and explain how he feels harrased, how she comes on his property, how she takes pictures of him. Ask the sspca for a written report on the state of his dogs. Do not let it drop. On stupid cases like this victory will go to the calm rational persistent one Edited November 26, 2016 by DIDO.1
peterhunter86 8,627
Imo these things work both ways.if she can assume just because hes a hunter and invovled in cruelty the he can assume the because she is black that shes involved in drug dealing robbery and other ileagle activitys and go look around her property with a camra and warn all the locals to lock up the valubles and check their kids for signs of drug use
scottish lurcher 185
Iam unsure as there's no tresspass here in scotland. But think he is going to get prices for cctv to get installed as he's a bit worried about her maybe doing something to the dogs whiles he's not there . As his gun dog lab had nine pups three weeks ago and plans to bring one or two of them on so be few young dogs around the place . And these are the type of do gooder nutters who protest about animal cruely but attack and hurt working dogs !! I remember back in the early a keeper friend of mine bitch and pups were posioned with what they suspect was weed killer by some anti hunting protesters but nothing was ever proved and know one was ever found or charge with it , and times are getting worse and more strange folk coming out of the wood work , which is worrying as we the hunters are treated worse than pedos .
