Drinks

Recommended Posts

There are tea drinkers over here but coffee seams to be the norm. I think most days people drink some kinda Soda during the summer months then switch to there hot brew. Then you got your casual drinkers after work or social drinkers.I use to fall into all catalogs but not no more. I made a choice to stick to soda or high energy drinks getting to old want preserve myself. So what's your cup of tea??

Im not fussy but its Yorkshire tea 2 sugars stired 3 times clockwise then twice anticlockwise and then left for 3 minutes 21 seconds before adding 42ml of full fat milk.

Things aren't what they used to be. I hear it's made in India these days

Yorkshire tea is terrible mate,PG tips is the drink of choice in Surrey. At the moment I am wading through a box of tetley orange pekoe because my sis in law thought she would "treat me"?Theres a chain of posh tea shops in Ottawa,I was in one last week sampling the nutmeg tea, quite nice, far better than Tim Hortons or second-cup "coffee".

The only tea I saw in the US was that horrible liptons stuff....which to be fair makes great ice tea but makes a rank brew.

I probably driunk 10-15 cups of tea a day, strong Tetleys or what ever will do the job....nothing fancy as long as it's hot, strong and sweet :D

You are right though, those cans of soda/energy drinks are really bad for you. People who drink too much sugary drinks can develop liver damage in the same way an alcoholic does.

Wow you guys get into your teas. I guess you could say the same thing about coffee. I use to love to drink that stuff two pots was nothing. I was kinda hyper in my younger days and if we got behind do to the overflow of customers my boss would say give that man a Coke. I'd get us caught up ya baby.

Whenever I drank tea in America it was like they didn't understand the concept of boiling water. Always the Liptons (usually some weird flavour) and pot of lukewarm water. You have to specify boiling water or you get "hot" water you could safely bath a baby in.
