To my mind, by viewing such images, you are complicit in the rape and abuse of children - end of story. There is no legitimate reason or excuse whatsoever to have this material in your possession. How could you NOT sentence someone for that ? And the press should stop using the term "child porn". Sounds like his wife is of the same persuasion, because no normal woman would have anything to do with him. The judge is putting as yet unborn children in harm's way.
