mushroom 14,081
I got bitten by my ex's dog once. Poor thing got his leg trapped in the van and panicked. My first reaction was to lay into him. The pain was incredible mind and I've no idea how long it took me to react violently but I'm guessing if he wasn't trapped and had the mind to, I would've had worse than a mangled thumb. Rip to the victim.
DogFox123 1,379
The dog had him by the head when someone threw him the knife, to stab it would be a lot easier said than done...

bird 10,014
where i walk my dogs on common ground, i meet lots of people with little type dogs , and they get as much pleasure from there little dogs, as i do with my big dogs fact . my son got little jack x its only 11 lb in weight, but fiery bugger lol , my 2 keep away from it .lol. But its a sad day when a person carnt walk is dog( big or small) without worrying that it might get attacked or even killed by some out of control feckin dog with a macho owner .In fact i get a lot of nice comments from people, with my 2 dogs more so Buck who very big powerful dog, my dogs go up to all dogs friendly waging tails . and yet i know what Buck can do in the field hunting when he on quarry, so it more credit to his temp . .My self i wouldn't have a little toy dog, as they not my type of dog, but its a free world and you should be able to have what dog you like big or small .

greg64 3,043
I got attacked by a rodesian ridgeback in someones house and it was one of the scariest things thats happened to me me ,that also got me by the knee I punched it in the head about four times it let go and then came back for more I kicked it under its chin and it still managed to get my other leg punched it again and when it let go again I jumped in the bathroom and slammed the door. it had ripped both legs off my pants and I had two bleeding knees and I was stood in the bathroom looking like huckleberry finn in my now cut off jeans and I was shaking like a shitting dog and white as a ghost, I think it might have been a different outcome if I was outside in the open ,the owner of the dog said it had never bitten anyone before and because I had dreadlocks at the time he put it down to the dog thinking I was a wog

terryd 8,941
The bloke was no doubt fond of dogs and having his own. Tried to put a brave face on it when the dog was hanging on his knee and didn't want to hurt it at least severely. But underestimated how bad things were going to get by which time it was too late. The owner must have known the potential was there and didn't act accordingly so he needs to go down for some time Very tragic

shepp 2,285
id of stabbed it if it ment saving my own lifeEven with your kneecap ripped off and a angry dog swinging off your head ? I can imagine the bloke picked up the Yorkie and the dog latched onto his knee. I have always thought before, that if a dog a big dog attacked my Bedlington in the street, I would chuck her over the nearest wall or fence. Then I would have the opportunity to defend myself, jump over a wall or run off. Anyway, the scumbag who owns the dog needs locking up.
