johnny boy68 11,726 Posted July 14, 2016 Report Share Posted July 14, 2016 After having knee surgery a few months back and having a few problems after the surgery and starting to get back to some kind of normality, now I've got feckin shin splints and need to rest for a bit. Shin splints FFS I can't remember the last time I ran let alone ran enough to cause shin splints LOL. Got to be honest it's getting me down it is aye, always been active but at the minute every footstep is like toothache. Not looking for sympathy as this is the last place you'd get any haha......just thought a problem shared and all that. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
