We got some in Amsterdam.. Proper mashed me...

I like the Dolcelette, I cook a big field Mushoom and turn it over and fill the underneath of the mushroom with said cheese and grill it till melted.

Colston Bassett blue stilton is made not far from me ...I love the stuff I prefer mine moist and sweaty

Just like this, finely diced red onion on top of a northern Irish soda farl with Cracker Barrel cheese melted on to it under the grill with white pepper and a mug of filtered coffee

It would taste much better with proper cheese. :D

I just got a number of cheeses last week,in black wax?Feels like wax anyway,one of them is cheddar and sweet mince pie?I love really STRONG matre cheese,i once had sheeps cheese which was a very soft tangy type of cheese,beautiful taste.

If anyone's fancying blue cheese but are a bit afraid :D try Dolcelette, beautiful, mild and creamy.

Me, love any cheese,old man used to get the sweatiest, runniest, stinkiest cheese he could from the supermarket deli (E and E. Booth in Blackburn circa 1970, very few places where you could find a good selection of cheese in them days) and usually get it cheaper if it was near rancid lol
