Lenmcharristar 10,296
Love cheese but allergic to dairy, some blue cheeses are ok but I find them nicer in sauces or on burgers. Anybody ever tried cheddar with caramelised onion that tescos do??? Feck me it's the ticket, cheddar and it's mixes are my fav cheese
downsouth 8,356
I love mature Stilton but it has to be a good quality one.I like it between bacon and a fried egg in a sarnie or in soup or just a big wedge of it with a nice crispy apple and a few grapes with a nice glass of port. CushtyJook 1,097
I like stilton but lately have been eating the saint agur stuff. The soft one is beautiful for dipping sea salt and black pepper crackers in. Mrs. has taken a liking to cornish blue. St agud very nice but prefer Roquefort

Frontbum 76
If anyone's fancying blue cheese but are a bit afraid try Dolcelette, beautiful, mild and creamy. Me, love any cheese, old man used to get the sweatiest, runniest, stinkiest cheese he could from the supermarket deli (E and E. Booth in Blackburn circa 1970, very few places where you could find a good selection of cheese in them days) and usually get it cheaper if it was near rancid lol Cheers, D. I like the Dolcelette, I cook a big field Mushoom and turn it over and fill the underneath of the mushroom with said cheese and grill it till melted.
