Well as off today the prosecutor fiscal has dropped all charges and admits we have nothing to answer to ... He may do for wrongfull arrest but has to prove they were acting out of order by nicking him but he will get travel exspencis to and from scotland and dont take the few pence a mile they try to mug you off as i once argued in court it cost me more and they up'd it to double the amount.
