Everything else seems to offend someone down south now.

I think it's more a case of some very loud people being afraid of offending people,basically white guilt.

 

I don't think this sort of thing offends the average muslim/sikh/hindu etc at all.

Can’t see how it would upset anyone, after all he was an Arab, born in Palestine, father was a Greek and mother a Palestinian lol likely spoke Arabic. Rule Britannia… haven’t we got any heroes of our own???

He was Turkish wasn't he but later lived in Palestine?
