I don't drink either got me into to much trouble and a hefty custodial so don't touch it, I think I'm the only one on my rugby team not to, very hard not to drink when out with the lads but then again you get to see just what a muppet drink turns people into when your the only sober one there lol

A couple of my pals can sink truly massive amounts of grog and it dont effect how they are one bit.....

I have been give up 17 years and now I couldnt hack it even if I wanted one........I can have a beer or a glass of wine if I am out for a meal, but thats not "having a drink"........having a drink would mean getting the bollock ache with something and wrecking the joint so it looked like Beirut, all my mates f*****g off, f*****g all the barmaids in the local, having a set too with the nearest bouncer in a club, going to the kebab shop and having another set too with 4 or 5 lads and waking up in a strange town with a tart !!!

Me drunk didnt really go with being a family man and it meant more to me to be a family man, so I made a choice.

Sounds like a cracking night out.............

i cant quit..... :icon_redface: everyday i wake up saying tonight i wont drink, all day at work i say i wont have any tonight but then i drive past a shop with a big flashing sign in it saying "COLD, REFRESHING LAGER ON SPECIAL OFFER" or get a phone call of someone in a pub and im drawn like a moth to a light,,,,,, :cray: i no its sad and i should quit BUT that first sip of a cold, crisp pint is soooooo fecking nice and then after that theres no stopping till im steamin,,,,,, :icon_redface: the thing is there is no real way to get away from beer, its for sale in every shop and every pub/club/resturant etc sells it!! its alright saying about will power and all that palaver but when you are young and dont give a f**k its easy to rack the years up on drink, then all of a sudden you have drank over half your life and stopping a long habit aint easy...... maybe its time to grow up and get help..... :hmm: please dont take the piss it was hard admitting that as im sure not many of you guessed,,,,,,,, :D

Seriously ive got a welsh ex mate who's terrible with the stuff. Anything with alcohol in it and he'll sup it. Ive tried everything to help him but to no avail. Hence why he's an ex mate now. He's a proper liability and i honestly dont know how he's managed to hold down his job and his family. Hopefully one day he'll realise what he's doing and man up and seek help...atb stabba

who needs enemys with mates like you ya pie eater :whistling:

Some people i know turn to the Drink for ANY reason ... Good News , Bad News or No News , They have a problem , Know some Genuine Decent People who after taken a Drink turn into Monster's , found the Drink quite easy to pack in , Though Cigarettes ive tried and Failed Miserabley , suppose we all need a fix off some kind . gambling is another thing i dont bother with , probably because i lived around a Terrible Gambler (My Old man) he i kid you not would bet on 2 flys crawling up a wall and money burnt a hole in his pocket and it seemed he was never satisfied until he was Skint :wallbash:
