Malt 379
That's the risk they run. They play with their lives every time they step into a bullring, just goes to show the bravery those guys face when they do it...

foxfan 479
Spanish bullfighter Juan Jose Padilla cheated death on Saturday after a goring to the face that will likely result in permanent damage. Padilla is in stable condition after a five-hour surgery, but will likely suffer from facial paralysis or partial blindness. The goring damaged bone, eye and muscle functions in his face, and severed a nerve that physicians were unable to repair. His doctors said he was lucky the horn didn't reach the bullfighter's brain. The fight with the bull, known as Marques, was Padilla's second of the day during the annual Virgen del Pilar festivities in Zaragoza, Spain. The 1,120 lb. beast pinned Padilla to the ground and jammed his left horn into Padilla's lower jaw. Television audiences and horrified live spectators watched as the horn emerged from his left eye socket. Video footage is too fast to clearly see the impact, but the blood makes it seem like a scene from a horror movie. Padilla got up, clearly frazzled. He was reportedly screaming, "I can't see anything, I can't see anything," as his face was gushing blood. Assistants distracted the bull as Padilla was rushed to emergency treatment at an outside medical center. Doctors will continue to monitor Padilla's recovery. Feckin Doctors No flies on them, is there !!
