patterdalejoel 669 Posted October 31, 2009 Report Share Posted October 31, 2009 i dont know if anybody else saw the advert in the recent countrymans weekly for saluki x rottweiler my first thoughts were that this was a accidental cross but then it said that they make a "great hunting dog" my thoughts were in my limitted knowledge of lurchers, i would have thought that they would have been too heavily built to get rabbits but maybe charlie?? your opinions on this cross please atb joel p.s he is askin 500 quid Quote Link to post

I think you will find that they are classed as lurchers mate, as any herding or guard etc crossed with pure sighthound blood is classed as a lurcher, just like a gsd x greyhound is.
