  1. Antony what type of ply are you using for your boxes, is it chinese, brazilian or far eastern and which grade, and before some one says something very silly yes it does make a big difference

Hi Andy haven't been on the site for a while too busy make wooden things to make folk happy , glad you like the court and your little touches make all the difference, more and more lads and lasses are keeping there ferrets in courts now, we are sending them all over the country, One guy came up from Birmingham for two last week and is coming back up for another two next month

One egg is smaller than the others, thought it may have been the first layed, it is a mistle thrush to day I have seen the hen sat on the nest and the cock is sitting in the tree above most of the day, and if you look there is no nest, they have just lined a hollow in the hanging basket, but the lining made in my basket and the lining in the other nest look the same Tuffty have you noticed any birds going back to your nest

  8. Heres a mistle thrush nest I found this moring in a old hanging basket at the bottom of my garden

Whilst out with the dogs on sunday, we talked about this very thing and agreed that 35to 40 years ago ferrets where better like as already been said almost all ferrets where workers no pets, you would get some ferrets that would bite and some that would sculk at hole entrences but all would work, in our team this year two young jills after many trips out and been given many chances still show little intrest in work other have made exellent workers, folk are today breeding for colour and the pet trade, I have seen ads in local papers young ferrets to pet homes only, in years to come some of the

The thing most of you seem to be missing is that pigeons to the racers are there stock that they have bred and trained, the spend just about every spare minuet of the day seven days a week loking after them and pumping a lot of money in to there sport, now if you let your dog of in lead in a field or let it out in your back garden and some big bird of pray swooped down and killed one of your dogs, befor you let any of your other dogs out wouldn't you think about doing some thing about this big bird or would you just open the door and take a chance with another dog, think hard about this befor

  22. I am young John , John's son I am am using my dads acount. I am thinking about getting a male Harris Hawk and wondered if there was anybody on this site that could give me some infomation or some advice on keeping, training and huntting with a Harris Hawk. Also i would like to know what type and size of housing I would need my dad to build for the hawk, he is a profentional joiner who makes his living in constructing kennles runs aviaries and other buildings for housing animals.
