yes Francie and love eating them nothing finer than just caught mackerel, I love them done in the wok with sugar, soy and onions, they work well with oriental flavours too, Hot smoked mackerel salad, flake the mackerel into a bowl, with chopped cherry tomatoes finely diced red onion and freshly chopped parsley, with a drizzle of olive oil and salt n pepper to season, on fresh toasted crusty. Beautiful
