  1. For sale is my Falcon Menace 4-14x44 FFP scope. Ive had this scope for about 2 years now, and it is superb. That is all. Its in mint condition throughout and will come in original box with 2 sunshades as supplied. It will also come with a Sportsmatch 1 piece 30mm mount. The scope is on the first focal plane and contains the B20 reticle which is fine and precise. Ive tried to get some pictures of it, hopefully they'll show it ok. You'll notice some tape around the front sunshade, and its just to keep the pop up on as Ive lost so many in the past I tape them on now. It can of course be removed i
  2. For me Rez, no, as nearly all my air rifle shooting is static, ambush off Primos sticks, as you know.So heavier the better actually. Mac, Mamba have been bought out now mate so the "Mamba banner will get scarce". Jonnie - 7x normally, atb MTC have been bought out? By who... Website doesn't mention anything? I suppose another thought is that the new range of Hawkes are just as good as the 'older' expensive ones. And they offer any ret on any model, within reason. The 10x half mil dot in my Si

  4. I have myself Mitch, but I guess its down to looking for the right example at the right price.
  5. Nice to see you shooting the old twenty two Mark.
  6. More of the rifles man! Ain't seen Falcons do the business in about 5 years. What's models?
  7. Same. Topic title makes no sense. I'm assuming, knowing mark, he means brocock compatto. But in ref to the wankness of DS.
  8. Indeed. Shot a HFT competition midlands round with the man a while ago now and jesus he was clued up. Like you wouldn't believe. Got his number somewhere. I actually caught him when he fell backwards on an inclined peg. He thanked me for catching his FTP 900 first though
  9. How much does that 7 weigh billy?
  10. Yes its for the bi,s them that cant quite make there minds up Just ask REZ atvbmac  Har.
  11. You would be yes. Quite literally.
  12. Alright v'man. Will do. The area I was shooting was an enclosed area with an outdoor pool, I was hoping it was the most covered area from the wind and the furthest I could shoot was 27 yards unfortunately. Average FPS this morning was 618 with them. I'll see what it does at longer distances when a calm day occurs. When.
  13. Love how they show the 24 inch MFR Rapid with a custom stock... cos that's affordable. Suppose the name affordable guns seems a bit... "Is this a decent RFD?" Kinda thing. Bloody website could do with a keen eye, but I wish um luck.
  14. Afternoon all. I hope christmas and all that went well Got a tin of .20 exacts from the mrs for xmas to use in my HM [Yes, she got me a tin of pellets, among other things]. Up until now, Ive fed it H&N FTT's 5.0 which are ok, but Ive always had the feeling they aren't 100% in the rifle. So asked her to get us a tin... They are tight in the barrel @ 5.1, however, the difference in grouping and consistency is much, much better. The image shows a full magazine of 12 shots, only at 27 yards but Im bloody happy with it. It was a bit windy while shooting but managed to huddle down behin
  15. So your going from a 35 to a near 2k steyr A lad at my old hft club had one of these... Elite I would say. Really nice like, but you do expect that for the cost.
  16. AA. Proper field rifle. Looks smart, dependable, epically good on aim, nothing really like it. A league or two ahead of the huntsman. Unless you are after that old school stalker look. The one gripe I have with the huntsman is it "looks like it should recoil" if that makes sense.
  17. There not stainless ,lol they are parkerised ,if I have spelt it right, lol. But advertised as nickel plated, lol. Yes I know there not Davehhh They are indeed technically advertised as nickel plated however they are actually known as HW97K STL, and the STL actually means stainless. No idea why they were named that, as you have stated.
  18. Should of kept my gob shut Ill take the .22 next time, even the odds. Then the .20 Just to show that it doesn't really matter. All the best chaps.
