Thought Id get out at 7am this morning, but the booze from the night before stopped that so aimed for 11am. First call, was a set of sitty tress, but f'k me it was hard to see any birds in the near by ones, with all the foliage, the leaves have come on strong since I visited last. So just sat for like 5 hours waiting and waiting for any to pitch into the less leafy tree, but it was a lasered 40-52 yards. Front near to far branches. Fortunately, over that period a few birds did turn up, two got it in the lemon. I missed two, one can thank its luck to a twig that was literally at the muzzle.

Back in the day, when I was a nipper, like mid 90's I remember shooting at a mates house, his grandparents' place. It was very open, as in the garden, and we had a target set up on a tree stump. Just pinned in like. The house was on the corner of a oval culdesack, with a football field in the middle and a road running around the edge. Anyway, he took a shot with his old TX, the old mk1's I took a shot with my S300 and two holes appeared on the paper. 5 mins later, a neighbor from the other f'kin side came ranting over accusing us of shooting at them. Are you seriously saying that you think Titanium is a form of plastic? My neighbour has one of those Chinese PCP rifles, 11.6ft lb, very accurate with JSB or Daystate heavies, shrouded barrel and under £350, Chuntsman The Next Generation I think! The airtube is made out of titanium (allegedly) harder than nails and has no attraction to magnets, not aluminium, they are using some top notch materials, genuine Beech stock as well. I would recommend one if things are tight on the old financial front! Oh and they basically put in a quick change kit to connect the probe to the air line.

Makes air gunning seem cheap I could of bought thee best spec mk1 rapid and a Hawke sidewinder and still have enough for a bag, NV, year supply of pellets, new stock and an imp, plus a new CS stock for my 97. God that makes me sick. F'k me, remember my old man buying me a 500 quid carrera for Christmas in 95 and I swear it was the dog bollox. Seems nowadays bikes in general have gone up 3 x the price. Yeah man. Happy to find the last one on chain reaction cycles. It is an ex demo, but got it for £1700 instead of the 2k. Hoping it should last. Mrs has bought an Orbea.
