  1. Ive a couple of the cqb mods. There better built smaller and more compact then the t8. In all the mag test they have also come out better in the sounds stakes to against pretty much any other mod.
  2. as above got this to replace my 22/250 but i just cant seam to part with my 22/250. as i dont really shoot any roe deer. it doesn't bother me that the 22/250 isn't dear legal. and i still have muntjac on my 22/250 which is what i prefer to shoot if given the chance anyway. so this tikka is for sale. its in very good condition with a nice sharp rifling. looking at the rifling and the throat i would be surprized if its done 500 rounds.its screwcut 1/2 unf. the barrel is 22 inches and sport profile. trigger breaks really nice. and the walnut stock its in is very nice. i will included

  6. if you can shoot on farms around by you. there isnt nothing in asking the farmer for a letter of permission to use the rifles your applying for over his land. you have half the battel in getting a fac sorted then. as for the rifles you want. put down on what you think you need. if these permission dont have deer then you may not be able to get a 243 granted. unless they grant it you just for fox.
  7. the only difference is they can offer the Hungarian. model cheaper because labour costs are cheaper there then in germany. the glass and all other parts they use are the same. its just there put together in different countrys,
  8. As above in superb condition with box. 30 mm tube and a8 fine varmint reticial 1st focal plain so gets larger when you turn the mag up. The ret even on full mag doesn't cover a magpie so ideal for long range varmint work. Side px and none target turrets. Im looking for 900 picked up or add 20 pound for post due to value. This will be posted by rmsd mounts not included sorry as you know these scopes are bomb proof and optics are stunning in day or under lamp
  9. Well Avon and Somerset do not specify the breed of Deer you can shoot with any given rifle,I just apply for Deer and Fox with my 243 and the 308, only Quarry that is named is Fox, Deer and Wild Boar on my tickets for the 308 and on the smaller rifles it's Fox and vermin on the 223 and vermin on the 17. they wont for the bigger calibres which are legal for all deer. only on the smaller 22 cf where they state cdw and muntjac or roe well in scotland. some forces give the any lawful quarry on the ticket though to
  10. If you have permission on the farm for fox and deer and the land has past. And you sent in permission letter off farmer saying you can shoot the foxes and muntjac and cwd they can't refuse you. Has the land got these deer if not then they wont grant deer on that fac. My ground has muntjac but not cwd. My firearms officer wouldn't put cwd on there because we dont have them round this way. I said what if I go to afriends ground in Bedfordshire I couldn't shoot them then because it isn't on my ticket. He said well when you do get a permission slip off his farmer and we will add that t
  11. You can get a Zeiss conquest for around 550 to 600 pound. And there superb. Scopes like night force and khales are alot more. You will be surprized what the gunshop make on scopes these days. 1800 for a nightforce at sportsman gun centre! My friend can get them in the trade at least a 400 pound saving on that!
