Was driving listening to radio ,and a guy was talking about tobacco enemas,an 18th century practice ,for all sorts of complaints but especially drowning!! Missed end of radio program, so looked it up when I got home ,I'm guessing it's where the saying ,don't blow smoke up is arse ,comes from ?
