Definitely, perhaps make you try something outside your comfort zone ,got me a tandem sky dive couple of Xmases ago 15k ft ,I'm now down to bee keeping lol

Was driving listening to radio ,and a guy was talking about tobacco enemas,an 18th century practice ,for all sorts of complaints but especially drowning!!
