It's definatly not down to youth it's down to bad tutors and stupidity I hunt with a few lads a lot younger than me same ages as those in the article and they have been well brought on by there fathers they know what's right and wrong and only the other day was condemning simalar stupidity by others on a Facebook group

Try searching led lenser on eBay I have a head torch for fishing soon to be roosting but it's easly bright enough to lamp with the dog at sensible ranges and more than enough for catty hunting they do hand held torches to almost certain they use the same led as the one in the pic above Cree there worth a look

Never ever been roosting. Before looks good but don't know what sort of areas to go as a starting point I have a few bits of broad leaf woodland and lots of fern tree type woodland any pointers on where's best ? There's more pheasants in the fern type places but as there evergreen I guess be a pain to see even in the day an the broadleaf woodland I'm not sure if it holds many

My young dog had a few runs last night a good night for it but a little warm I've noticed his pee is really dark orange If it was me I'd drink more as I'd assume I was dehidrated but my dog is not keen on water never has been a big drinker even on hot days he hardly drinks anything don't know why but normaly he is fine I was wondering if it's worth giving him some electrolites if so does anyone recomend any or recomend not bothering ? Cheers for any replys

Really nice catty that not sure if I would be able to shoot it without chopping a fork off -
Yes definatly worth a go I'm going to try same method we talked about but use 10mm airpipe got loads at work think might be tough enough to not melt before lead sets just hope there not hollow I'm not giving up just yet I like free things and my mate still ain't done my stainless mould yet so gotta give it a go
-
Good idea - let's not run before we're walking ! Brilliant to see new stuff going on ! Yes it's looking good hope it takes off
-
I tryed it and the rods of lead were hollow due to the lead setting before it fills the void because the sand was cold
