Hi all I recently attempted homemade wine for the first time,one elderberry and one half elder/blackberry,I prepared it all and left it for a week to ferment then strained into bottles with diy airlocks,I looked on it today and noticed little spots of mold on the surface of one,also looks like fermentation has slowed/stopped in this one? I'm new to this and going one step at a time sort of thing but now don't know if this batch is going to be ok,can I salvage it somehow or is it
pretty much throw away and start again taking more care in each stage,ie,keep things cleaner,more airtight etc?
