  4. [bANNED TEXT] these?.....
  5. A lot of my work is done on marsh, with canals and wet ditches so mine haven't got any choice but to get wet. Never really took much notice on whether they like it or not, if a fox goes in they go in....
  6. Bargain price, but methinks your feet are going to get wet and cold. Totectors are standard workplace safety boots, bit to heavy for any serious slog, keep us updated...
  7. C'mon Lads, where's your posts/pics??? Surely someone out there has some working Bedlingtons or can think of one or other topical discussion about bedlingtons. Anyone got any pups ? how are they bred? Rabbit, Fox rat........ mice even, what you use your bedlington for? Granitor? Eakring? Minkstone? Rillington? any other? Lakeland outcross? Border outcross? Fell outcross? Which do you prefer and why, which is best suited to it's quarry?? Any good stud dogs out there??
  8. 13:35 p.m. We've now had 245 viewings and only 14 replies... Guess What? I've had an offer of a New pair of Danner Boots from a U.K. Supplier I'll let you know more when I receive them....
  9. 14, feck me.... by the time your 21 you need two of these:
  10. canal barges ur looking for.... there ya go : two of these would fit...
  11. Karrimoor KSB's, waterproof to an extent, they're worn out inside now so leak a lot now. Been using the same make for 15 years+, tried others but found these are GOOD, sorry shit hot and 'comfortable'. Trouble is they cost £120 and they've stopped making them.
  12. Here's a pic of Glas and Bron, Glas was out of Bron's second litter and an excellent 'hard' worker, right size right temperament, strong jaw set. unfortunatley she only managed one season as she was killed in a kennel fight.
  13. At this time 141 views and only 4 actually admitted to looking..... what other secrets do they have, naughty people.....
  14. Feed it to the dogs, go down the local butchers and buy a sirloin Steak, much better !!
  15. Excellent thread Ian, just found it and I thought I'd read most on here. Over the years have fed my dogs on most things including waste chinese food (they get a bit fat on that and the coat goes dull) Tripe and offal from the Hunt kennels FREE when I could get up there, anything I could scrounge from the local meat places FREE. Anyone looking for Free meat just go and ask most will give it you though it might have changed recently due to H&S and waste management politics. Now, being a lazy fecker and only having 2 dogs here I feed Omega tasty... £11.99 for 15Kg have done this as
  16. Welshdragon's Liver & Tan, strong colour.. Hope you don't mind me posting these WD? ...
  17. Being a scrounging Welshman, thought I'd ask a question. Are there any suppliers out there reading this that need a review for their new winter range of BOOTS? Mine have just about had it after 2 years slog, had a look at some threads on here and rather than giving the suppliers free advertising thought I'd ask them first. "Don't ask..... Don't get !!!" Wonder how many people will look at this in the vain hope that they will get FREE BOOTS.... c'mon own up!
  18. Perhaps you needed one of these: Not enough fingers and thumbs to count all them on...
  19. Out this morning at 7:30 back at 10:30 giving them a bit of exercise, quite a few about. Scrawny little cub seemed a bit underweight and small for this time of year probably wouldn't have made it through the winter, so having to look after these game birds and only using two dogs to flush he was shot, by a competent person..
  20. Here she is again this morning....... just got back in ......
  21. O'k Waz, I didn't mean it like that...... ur special package bit I was talking about. Most of my Bedlingtons have entered around the 12-14 month age some a lot earlier. All have been worked from an earlier age seeing what it's all about, the two youngsters I have now Jack and Milly have yet to see some real earth work mainly down to the fact it's early in the year. I'll keep you posted as I believe better things are to come....
  22. Cracking pics lads..... pity the ferret had a nose bleed half way through the day..
