    hi, i appreciate what your saying and with all dew respect, this is the hassle we are trying to avoid, all people want to do is take a pic and share it, its not just me others have said that they are not bothering no more as its a hassle, cant the size be made bigger from who runs the site? but thanks for explaining it tho. i have asked the question, will advise when i get a reply. ok thanks the size is set due to the file size and speed of the site. it is simple to re-size pictures to be honest. something like picassa you can preset the size so it sizes automatically.

    just stating a fact that if any publication does not get a following then it will go out of business, both EDRD & CMW are only able to be produced because of the content that they receive from there readers. never understand how people can moan about the author/subject or whatever else when they can do something about it themselves without refusing to support it. self defeating comes to mind, yes i have issues with some things that have been published in the past and probably will in the future, but i would rather complain to the publication than stop supporting it. rant over lol

    seen a female take at teal at dusk, (trained bird) i notice here that wood pigeon is most definitely a favorite for certain females. i have flown both musket and spars over the years, trying to catch a snipe, the last musket was an imprint that flew at just under 5oz but you could see him start to fall off after a couple of flights, i thought a female would be able to out-rise the snipe but sadly never managed to do it. as for other quarry, starlings were my favorite, they are quite a test to be honest. Blackbirds probably rate about the same.

    only as good as the articles it receives, anybody can write these days, put pen to paper or finger to keyboard and send it in, never understand this better or worse with a publication that is purely reliant on its readers for the content. Are they saying that the people involved in our sport nowadays are not as good as those of the past
