    Great stuff Si. I often compensate when I don't need to. If I zero at 27-30yrds then I am pretty much flat from 20-45 yrd. 1 dot at 50, 2 at 60. It's a top tool. I'm out next week with Mac on a new perm. One that is bouncing with rabbits and has a 12 foot security fence with 24 hour guards... Never.been.shot.... Gonna be a good night if it's anything like my other work perm. I took 11 in 2 hours the first night on there!! Fingers crossed!!

    Uttings on line are good if you it a few things to spread delivery costs.

    Mine isn't very fussy on pellets. Difference of 5mm at 25 yards on spread between most of the top brands. The H&N FTT and the Wiehrauch F&T specials are my normal choice. But JSB, AA and Bisley are all similar. Good hunting.

    A full size 100 in .177 should give 7-8 mags in the green zone. So 100-120 shots. I can run 8 mags and keep consistent power right along the string.

    Ah crap that didn't work. I haven't been out for 3 weeks mate due to work, weather and a stroppy mrs....but, just landed the perm of perms. Mac had told me about one of the sites the work has up here. I didn't get it but did get another one which is good. Out if the blue today the firsts site called me up and asked me to go down. I said yeah as I'd taken 50 rabbits off the other site and they were thinning out. The guy laughed and said you'll get a lot more than that off here!! So I'll be taking the old lad out next week to thank him for the tip!! He makes all the entertainment so the write up

    It's our lasses birthday today today so my funds are gone. But I'll order it next month I think. Just need to pick up some JD for Visla too and ask him very sweetly.

    Got a call from the other site work has up here in the NE. I'd asked about getting on for the rabbits back in January, but had nothing back. By all accounts they had spoken to my work site who said id done a good job. So they want me to go clear the place of rabbits and pigeons! They needed the usual risk assessment and method statements, but no bother there. I even remembered to ask upfront about shooting buddies this time, not making the same mistake as last time. Go down Tuesday to sign papers and have a walk round with the HSE manager! Get in!
