    Shouldn't make a difference if it's only done day work still should come back if it's shouted or whistled, mine will hunt up in the day and come straight back if he misses on the lamp, what's it like for coming back in the day ?exactly.     true , i worked at goodyears 3 shifts , years ago and if you been on nights you need your sleep mid day. but the bloke was a prick, you should have kicked him in balls with your steel toe cap . if there was just the 3 of you there , the lad could say the big prick fell over coming down the stairs, its your word against his ..he wont have a witness it will be you and the lad word against him . you should booted him in balls, not the face as it would have shown . go back to the job let him gob off , and if nobody else there give him size 11 in the ballbag kick them in the balls? t
