yeah mate slam it on the running man icon and then switch under the dial stick that on the second mark multiple shots , that will see you ok for the time being , you will need quite a bit of light to get good fast shots so dont be disapointed if they come out blurred on cloudy days .

My daughter suffers with it its evil . started when she was about 13 had to check doors windows every night , we put it down to being an impressionable teen and a worrier , but it got worse and out of hand we ended up getting doctors involved , she s 22 now independent ,got a good job ,good car ,got over the most of it . but she still got her routines and things she has to do just to deal with the day .never laugh at anyone suffering that crap .

I never saw the one behind while i was taking the photos she put a lovely display on for the camera then , nice little macro shot I couldn't even see the droplets when i took it Inca the spaniel chasing bunnies , while the lurchers off in a bush somewhere , sure Ive got their training messed up Flynn posing on the dunes Broad daylight on the street , lovely condition on her .

Where was you working in Neath, I could have translated for you . right in the town centre near greggs and pound land mate fitting the aircon in the new brighthouse store lol greggs and poundland right next to each other , so the chavs dont have to push their prams to far , argos round the corner for them to get their bling , and the workies up the road for a good night out , thats Neath sorted for you .
