I don’t understand why you need lead free bullets if the quarry is not going in the food chain I spoke to my local gun shop and they will still stock 17hmr , 223 , 243 , I’m been told none of these will be faded out ? Is this true or not !

Iaim depends on your shooting stile , my is zeroed at 100 for rabbits , and I have to say it’s deadly , head shot every time no bother I was out the other night , and took 38 easy , and got board so the 223 came out for a bit of fun and to be truthful, yes just as good but and as accurate but what a waste of time except the few At 150/ 200 yards every one to the own but the 17 HMR has it place atb

If you must know Ben , I slip on when getting out for a wee , just easy and believe me when you get to my age you’ll need a pair as well ? never see a pigeon all day Atb
