  1. I agree with that, they are powerful dogs and can do a lot of damage in a short time. So what's your solution? Everyone with a staff, pit bull, mastiff, rotweiller, alsation, greyhound, Labrador etc etc do we put them all down? I was bitten by a basset hound only trying to play bit f***ing annoying and that was powerful enough so would your sister stop a dog like that from attacking your nieces? Any dog will kill a child, breed is irrelevant it has nothing at all to do with it. Train your dog its fine!
  2. I must look so hard walking through a forest in wellies with my big muscly staff wearing a pink harness bouncing around like a tart with a stick in her mouth!
  3. I too have three bull breeds, Im 23, I have tattoos and I walk them on chain leads. Am I a Chav and a bad owner? Should my dogs be put down? My dogs have been with Shropshire Dans kids and they have been with my exes kid, I have a picture of my exes kid stood on one of my dogs and it couldn't care less! I walk them on chain leads because one of them chews leads and I also happen to like them! I dont think I'm rocky as the nearest house is over a mile away from me and the next house is about 3 miles so I dont know who I am trying to impress. I have pictures of my dogs cuddled up with the ferr
  4. Personally, I think if you take that view of dealers then you should also take the same view of brewery's and pubs.......I would venture a guess that booze destroys more family's and lives than drugs will ever do. Supply and demand......nothing more. It's not right but I personally find it hard to condem taking money from stupid people in what ever way it's done........everyone knows the dangers so its up to them not to indulge Jmho I've seen the effects of smack on family's and community's full generations addicted to it. Not just stupid people get hooked the young and impressionab
  5. Stephen French started warren off on robberies, he refused to touch drugs. French hated dealers too that's why he lost touch with Curtis and started to rob dealers
  6. It was dares post about greed saying he should retire with his money, I was saying he had probably spent it. I'm on my phone so can't quote
  7. I have a Nikko sterling 3-9x50 non IR and its as good as any mid range scope. 3-9x40 or 50 are both adequate for hunting it just depends on what you want, the biggest benefit is it will let in more light at dawn and dusk. I used to have a 3-9x40 and did notice granted only once but I was out at dusk and there was a rabbit about 40 yards away I could see clear as day with my eyes but through the scope I had no chance! Would a 50 have helped? I don't know because I didn't have it then but that's the theory. It was at that point where its dark but not dark enough for a lamp to be effective.
  8. Its like getting a new job on more money, at the end of the month do you have more money left in your bank? Do you f**k!

  10. Hi mate, thanks for asking. The wood burner gets it bloody roasting! A few times I've had to open to caravan door and shut the vents to let the fire die down a bit as it gets too warm. I think its one of the best investments I've ever made as my winter heating bill no longer exists good job as well with the £70 gas bottle I've just bought! Billy
  11. Think about getting a lamp too as the short days are here!
  12. A fair way from you all I know but in formby there is a red squrriel reserve, its just a big pine forest on the beach and its full of reds. Other than that we are plagued with greys! Did anyone see anything about those black squirrels they said could wipe out the greys too?
  13. So doesn't the fact that I have asked this question show you that I think in that box too? I have asked that question to try and avoid it again and as every other comment has agreed that many have this problem! I stated that I skinned the head to check and confirmed that it was a perfect brain shot. Also a brain shot followed by a quick heart shot I doubt it had any feeling left!
  14. Well I have unlimited pallets to burn for free but as I said I also live on a forest to anything that's there I can get for free too so fancied something with a nice aroma
  15. That's actually a really helpful poem! thanks for that!
  16. So ash will burn without being dried/seasoned?
  17. The little b*****ds are a nightmare! There is constantly squirrels outside my front door so waiting for a good shot isn't an issue. I'll pop out every so often to cull a few. I hit one yesterday stone dead and one the day before that took two shots. I hit one this morning cross hairs straight on its head about 20-25 yards which I'm zeroed at hitting pellet on pellet. I hit it straight between the eye and ear and it ran up the tree like I'd just tickled it! Obviously not happy for my sake and his I went to check zero....pellet on pellet as I knew it was! I double checked squirrel anatomy (
  18. Just wondering what peoples views are on the best smelling wood to burn? I'm burning a mix of pine pallets and some silver birch logs. The birch smells a hell of a lot better than the pine, as soon as you chuck a log on you can smell the difference. I live in on the edge of a forest so I'm going to have a wander but just wanted a few ideas of what to look for?
  19. +1 for brattonsound. I'm 99% sure mine is a brattonsound. Its unlabelled but it looks exactly the same design. My friend also has a brattonsound. You can't go wrong!
  20. I think I'll pass on that one I'll go and ask at the riding school permission
  21. Just wondering if anyone has used pig manure on a veg patch? I've read mixed reviews online and just wanted to see your opinions as I have an unlimited supply from the pig pen next to my veg patch!
  22. Fair play mate you've done a good job with them!
